BEHIND EVERY GREAT LADY THERE IS A GREAT STORY...

 Harriett was originally a Harry...A Galapagos tortoise in fact. 

Born in 1830, she was thought to be male for most of her life until she landed at the Botanic Gardens Zoo & was discovered to actually be a Harriet! 

Today, our Harriet is a Lady reincarnate - earthy and poised, she envisions our relaxed social character

Similarly to that of Harriet the Tortoise, Lady Harriet's Bar & Kitchen  was created by the owners of Artisans Bar & Eatery, a long standing staple on the university campus.  


With a new location across campus, Lady Harriet's Bar & Kitchen has opened in Y Block, QUT Gardens Point, offering a variety of drinks from our delicious Humanity coffee to our delectable milkshakes.  This is complemented with a delightful breakfast & lunch menu and our selection of Beers, wines & decadent cocktails.
